Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. We check the office answering machine for messages until 10pm weekdays and from 8am until 10pm on weekends and holidays.
In the case of an emergency, regardless of the time, please contact your physician, the nearest emergency room, the crisis line at (319) 351-0140, or dial 911.
OFFICE STAFF
Susan Kimmel is the office manager who functions as the lead insurance and payment coordinator.
Mary Hahn Sexton is the office manager who coordinates with new clients to facilitate the intake process and scheduling.
Lane Schmidt is our part-time administrative assistant and receptionist.
LOCATION
Our office is located on the second floor of the Paul-Helen Building at 209 East Washington Street (Suite 202) in downtown Iowa City. The entrance to the building faces the Dubuque Street pedestrian mall. There is an elevator for your convenience. The building and our offices are accessible to individuals with mobility difficulties.

Iowa City's downtown streets have limited metered parking. Parking is also available in three ramps with entrances from Dubuque and Linn Streets (Sheraton Hotel), Clinton and Capitol Streets (Old Capitol Center), and Iowa Avenue (Clock Tower Place).
